High Capacitance Variation Ratio under Low Voltage Conditions (RKV653KP and RKV653KL)
The RKV653KP uses the MP6 (MicroPackage6, Renesas package code) and achieves an extremely small size of 0.6mm × 0.3mm by utilizing a bottom-side electrode structure located underneath the package.
